Responsibilities:

Provide customer support by email, phone and chat. This is an entry level position.

Required skills:

  • Excellent English required (reading and speaking).
  • Basic technological knowledges (Office, Internet etc.).
  • Additional languages (advantage).
  • Customer support/sales experience (advantage).
